What does “exchange part” mean?
For an exchange part, the exchange price applies on one condition: you make your defective part available to us in exchange and transfer ownership of it to us. It has to be repairable.
Your part given in exchange must reach us within 10 days of the transfer of risk in the exchange part. If it arrives later or not at all, we may invoice the price of a corresponding new part instead of the exchange price.
Return it carriage paid and insured (CIP from within Germany, delivered duty paid DDP from abroad). If the return delivery note is missing, the part goes back to you unidentified. For parts sent in without a fault description we charge EUR 60.00 inspection costs — one line about the fault saves you that.
