Screens and monitors travel well: ship the unit to our workshop in Herford, we test, repair and ship it back — no on-site visit needed. We ship to the US and worldwide; the carrier handles customs clearance. For customers in the US, we can also arrange on-site support through our partner network — ask us; the repair itself is done in our Herford workshop.

Can old CRT tube monitors on CNC controls be retrofitted to TFT?
Yes. CRT-to-TFT retrofits are a core focus of our workshop — for example for Heidenhain BF monitors, Sinumerik OP panels and Fanuc CRTs on Gildemeister CNC lathes. The TFT replaces the tube to match the existing control.
TFT monitor stays dark or flickers — repair or replacement?
The backlight or the panel is often behind it. We repair backlight, panel and touchscreen in our own workshop — or retrofit a new TFT if that's more economical. Quick preliminary assessment by phone: 05221 · 9944770.
