Machine Down — We Are There in 60 Minutes.
If a CTX in Bielefeld or Paderborn is standing still, we are on site with diagnostic equipment within an hour. Competitors from Munich or Hanover need half a day plus a travel budget.
OWL Is Gildemeister Country.
Bielefeld has always been the Gildemeister region. The machine density here is the highest in Germany, the supplier network has grown with it, and so has workshop expertise — we use that.
Hand-Over in Person Instead of Logistics Risk.
Bringing a spindle or control assembly to us in person, or having us collect it — that works at short notice within OWL. Heavy spindles do not get lost in freight forwarding that way.
